Chris Engbers - Broker/President
After finishing in 1994 at the top of his class for the registered insurance brokers license, Chris joined the team. His university degree in small business administration has equipped him well to evaluate and implement initiatives in the office. In February 2005 he acquired the business and assumed the day to day operations. Along with providing exceptional service to clients, he performs the brokerage's administrative responsibilities. Chris deals primarily with needs of residential and automobile insurance clients, but can also provide commercial and travel insurance.

Delbert Smith - Broker/Producer
Before forming his own brokerage in 1971, Del served for 5 years as a field representative with an international insurance company, as a claims administrator and as a public relations officer. With over 40 years of experience and training in the industry, he has built the reputation of this brokerage. In February 2005 Del semi-retired and now works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week and is responsible for new business and also meeting the needs of commercial accounts.

Kim Smith - Broker/Receptionist
As the longest serving staff member in the office, Kim has been on the frontline since 1985. She greets and directs inquiries within the office. Processing policies and managing the office are only the beginning as she provides support to the brokers to help the office run efficiently. She is also a licensed insurance broker and is able to handle many of our clients needs directly.

Kendra Engbers - Broker/Clerk
After completing her university degree and spending 2 years in the public relations field, Kendra joined the office in 1995 in a support role. She is primarily responsible for data entry, interface with companies and implementing administrative changes. She is also a licensed insurance broker which allows her to service clients within the growing brokerage.
